LEMON MERINGUE ICE CREAM FLOAT

Ingredients

Juice of 4 lemons

cup sugar

¼

cup sweetened condensed milk

2

lemons, sliced

cups ice

2

cups water

Vanilla ice cream

Leftover meringue from previous recipes

Directions

Step 1:

Add lemon juice, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk to a large pitcher and stir. Add lemon slices, ice cubes, and water and stir.

Step 2:

In a glass, add some scoops of vanilla ice cream. Top it with the lemonade. Add a large spoonful of meringue to the top of the glass and use a torch to toast it.
